Born and brought up in Patiala, Punjab, Abhiraj Mehsempuri is a 12-year-old author who is also a student of 7th grade in Ryan International School. Schools are shut due to the covid pandemic and so he misses his friends, teachers and his school. Abhiraj has been crowned Ryan Prince of the Year 2014–2015. He also loves writing, giving motivational speeches, reading books and listening to music.

He was always fond of writing and with encouragement from his family, he continues to flourish in his art of writing. Abhiraj’s dream of becoming an author came true when he published his first book at the tender age of 11 years. Inspired and keeping with the momentum he has now come out with his next book ‘Zidd’ with the help of Invincible publishers.

His new book Zidd is a story that revolves around a ten-year-old boy named Vinayak who resides in Patiala but decides to journey all the way to Delhi when he receives an invitation letter from a publishing house situated in Delhi. Not wasting any time, he grabbed that opportunity. But his life took a turn after an Astrologer read his hand and warned that his journey won’t be as simple as he thinks.
