I am the Director & Founder Of PodGuru Training & HR Consultancy Services, A Corporate Trainer, An Author and A Leadership Coach with over 8+ years of experience in Understanding Human Potential and Transforming them into realities.

How is your book different from others?

For many of us stories originate as visuals in our imagination. But for me it was my work experience that has translated itself into a story in descriptive prose that will help readers visualize the characters and understand the plot of the story. The real challenges & obstacles that the youth of today faces have been portrayed in my book.

Where do you get information or ideas for your books?

This book is a result of one question been raised several times – ‘Will I be a good Leader to lead my Goals?’ and that inspired me to write it. Inside of me, there always remained the strongest passion to write my first book on a subject that is so close to me and with this book, I am trying to bring it to others.
Leadership is one such subject. The more we work, study, discuss, and develop the ability to contribute more to the lives and well-being of others, the better life we will have too.

What was one of the most surprising things you learned while creating your book?

Roadblocks & obstacles can be many in whatever we do, but consistency, relentless efforts & focused mindset can help us overcome them.

What is your work schedule like when you’re writing?

I am an early riser, so I prefer writing in dawn hours when the whole world around me is calm. An early morning routine that leads to highest productivity, creativity & focus is a science that one should implement in their own life.

What do you think makes a good story?

Anything that comes from your life experiences and naturally from the deepest core of your heart can definitely touch the heart of your audience. This is what makes a good story.

What is your writing process like?

From brainstorming to publishing was an exciting process. I enjoyed throughout my writing journey. I had a seed in my mind. I built my ideas around it, planned a structure of writing, got stuck at many places with absolutely blank head. But never stopped trying to write, write & write till I succeeded.

What is the book all about?

My first book is a reflection of a beautiful story to give youngsters a message about what it takes to set up a venture and then scale it up to take it global.
