• Can you tell me something about yourself?

My name is Parmeet Singh. I come from a small town Yamuna Nagar and am currently doing a job in Gurugram. I made my debut with book “The Chase Of Dreams.”

• How is your book different from others?

“The Chase Of Dreams” is written in a very simple language so it’s very easy to go through, second thing is the title which is very tricky, one will have a first thought that this book might be a motivational book, but actually it’s a fiction thriller story.

• Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?

Many people feel that sometimes whatever they see in their dreams comes out to be true, so I thought what if a person can know from the dreams of what is coming in near future for them, so on this basis, I created the story of my book.

• What was one of the most surprising things you learned in creating your book?

The most surprising thing was, when I was in school I used to hate essay writing, writing 100 words was a big deal for me and when I created my own story and started writing it down, it was not that tough, actually; a journey from writing 100 words to writing a book is really surprising.

• What is your work schedule when you’re writing?

I followed no particular pattern for it, whenever I used to get any idea I tried to note it down, either on notes (mobile), or on paper etc. and at the end of the day I used to compile it on my laptop.

• What do you think makes a good story?

A Good story is when you can connect to it in one way or other, sometimes while reading a novel we connect it to our life, some events are same which happens with us, plots & twists also make the story a good one.

• What is your writing process like?

As I mentioned, I don’t follow a particular pattern, as soon as I get any idea I make notes and at the end of the day I compile it.

• What advice do you have for writers?

Writing is a bliss, don’t feel that you can’t write and who will read our story, it is not done for others, writing is for our own self and it increases our confidence for life. Pen down each and every idea, try to give beautiful words to your story and rest is on your editor and publisher.

• What is the book all about?

“The Chase Of Dreams” is a story of a girl who possesses the power of dreams. Whatever she sees in her dreams, it comes true, but she was unaware of that. Her mother Emma noticed her daughter’s power of talking to Angels in her dreams and tried to know what was happening. Bad luck started for the Angel, she lost her mother on the next day of her wedding, she lost her husband and at the end she lost her only son, but destiny had something else for her, after a long time she met her dead son and that day became the last day of her life…
