She is currently the co-founder and CEO of All India Technical and Management Council (AITMC). Building and scaling businesses focused on education and youth empowerment has been the dream for me, and this has come to life at AITMC.

Being into her own business, every day is like Day 1 for her, and she aspire to encourage the youth of India to actively participate in nation-building by encouraging Entrepreneurship spirit among them. AITMC now has a PAN India presence, and in the last 3 years, more than 30,000 candidates have been trained across 150 centres with a 70-80% success rate of placements.

Additionally, with an aspiration to flourish youth empowerment, she mentored few start-ups in the education space, wherein she was part of the core team and played a key role in launching the product from the ground up. Over her professional journey, she has acquired acumen in diverse areas including strategy, investment, and operations.

Her core skills can be counted as strategic planning and development, market research, product conceptualization, strategy consulting, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, corporate strategy, new age digital technologies, start-ups, team management, client management, personal branding, etc.
